Blue lived for the hunt. Every day he delivered the final blows to prey that would feed the pack. Blue would never have his own pups, but he could watch the pups of the pack, eating prey he hunted, and hunting with him one day. He could sleep in a safe crevice against the warm fur of Gold, his closest friend. Gold was consistent like a clock, and Blue knew he could rely on him.
Blue adopted a pup named Topaz who died shortly after from a snake bite.
