The Rime Pack's herbalist. She was hired by Polar when she was in desperate need of a cure for a certain unpleasant ailment. Fjord took on the role of herbalist like a duck takes to water, eager to engage in such a low-stress yet rewarding and helpful role. Fjord maintains a pleasant, positive attitude, and is a source of warm encouragement for her fellow wolves.
After the Dreamlands incident, Fjord is researching how to use the objects of Lunar Essence to keep lead wolves from becoming trapped inside their dreams.
During Thermal's takeover, she and Misty took refuge in some cave far away from the territory. They eventually found Polar and Bear, and were able to defeat Thermal and reclaim their home.
Coal, the daughter of Shale and Alp, is now her assistant herbalist. By the time she accepted, Fjord had just survived an episode of distemper, which left her weakened. Foraging would prove difficult for her, so she would leave it mostly to Coal. Eventually, Coal would end up taking most of the herbalist duties, while Fjord would only help out on occasion. Still, Fjord knows there's wolves to be helped, and is not quite ready to give up on her duties. As such, she regularly checks on the elders to make sure their health is in order.
Fjord would officially retire from herbalism duties once Coal took on Starlight as her apprentice.
