Romantic

I am finished with the lore for Romantic! If you want me to shorten/change it some, then I surely will as it is quite a bit:

When the Opossum Pack were living in the tundra heading west towards the rainforest, on one of the many hunting trips, they spotted a wolf lying out in the snow. At first glance they thought he was dead but when they got closer to him, he was breathing but hardly. The hunters quickly took action and brought the new wolf back to the pack where they all huddled around the wolf to warm him.

After a few days, the wolf had woken up a bit groggy and confused as to where he was since the last thing he remembers was passing out due to exhaustion in the snow thinking he would for sure die that night. The alpha, Arctic, came to him and said, "Hello wolf. I am Arctic, the alpha of this pack. The Opossum Pack." He remained silently before he spoke, "Hello Alpha Arctic. I am Romantic." Arctic stared at the male before nodding, "My hunters saved you that day, you are lucky to be alive."

Romantic stood up very slowly and nodded. "I will be forever grateful, if I could be of use to you, tell me." Arctic closed his eyes before opening them while turning away, "Are you good with herbs and healing?" Romantic grunted out a response, "I am sir." Arctic became quiet for a moment before looking back at him with no expression, "Then welcome to the pack. You will be our herbalist." He then turned back and walked away and from that day onwards, Romantic has been the pack herbalist.

During his time with the pack in the tundra, he had discovered many medicines that would speed up recovery faster than any other pack. Romantic kept to himself more than the other wolves but he was well respected as without him, wolves would have died before the next season and are forever grateful towards him. Though there was one wolf named Pene who never seemed to let him be, at first he was annoyed at the female as she was usually dishonest with Romantic but not necessarily a liar. Pene grew on him so he started to open up to her a bit about things, not telling her much.

When they finally got to the mountains after many many moons, the pack picked up a new wolf named Midnight who almost instantly became friends with him. Midnight was a very optimistic wolf who never let bad spirits get the pack down and always stuck by Romantic, many suspect there to be a romantic relationship involved but no one knows that Romantic is not the type for relationships as he sees it as a distraction from his time consuming work.

Although the workload has lessened as he started to train his apprentice, California Love, who was a fair wolf. She never treated anyone differently for any reason, treating people how they treat her. She always paid attention to his lessons though she still was very young and had her own little moments of defiance, she has a lot of potential and Romantic sees it.
