Little Kushina sits cold and alone she sits and waits.
Her small quiet whimpers for family, for warmth go unheard, she is left behind, the den had long abandoned by those that brought her into this world, the earth below her is unforgiving, and she shifts, she is still wobbly, she is still small. Only days old, but years have gone by since her birth.
Little Kushina does not understand, where has her mother gone? Where are her siblings? Why does no one hear her? She does not hunger, but she is so lonely!
Where?
Where is bother, and sister?
They were so big and warm.
Mother!
Mother!
Where are you mother? I am cold.
Where have you gone?
Please mother, I am alone.
Little Kushina whimpers, her eyes cannot see well, the cold den is so
dark, the cold den is so
quiet.
She does not understand why she is alone, why they have left her, that they will never be back.
Little Kushina sits cold and alone she sits and waits.
