Blizzard walked into the sheltered cave to inspect the new pups. "Genders?" Blizzard asked. "A boy and a girl." Koi whispered. Blizzard carefully inspected the little furballs. "The female has a place in this pack. She looks a lot like you, but with her father's markings. " Blizzard spoke. But Koi didn't breathe easy yet. "And the male?" Koi asked. "He can stay for now. We have to see what the other pups from his season are like and how much space we have before I can promise him a home here." Blizzard sighed.
Blizzard came into the den again, but this time Rock and Carnation were bouncing all over the place. "They are almost ready to be weaned." Blizzard stated. "Yes. Very soon." Koi answered. "Good. Two of Glacier's pups are staying, and a third might stay if we have the space for her. " Blizzard said, "And speaking of space, I have decided that Rock can stay."
Quartz and Sand liked playing with their adult siblings, Rock and Carnation. Rock was always so positive, encouraging Quartz and Sand to go for their dreams and practice their skills.
