Carpenter

The swamp surprised Carpenter with a deluge of heavy rain, catching him unawares yet not unprepared. With his small yet incredibly sturdy abode in the highest ground possible, and well defended by a dug-out mote that filled up quickly with water, he was happy enough to wait out the downpour. ...Until he spotted another wolf making a fool of herself trying hard to stick to (relatively) dry land, but as the rain poured on, soon she'd have to either make her way back home, or learn how to climb trees. Clearly a foreigner.

Carpenter howled and waved at her, trying to catch her attention, and while the rain drowned out almost all sound, he was just loud enough to be heard. Soon, this 'Symone' was drying by his side, admiring his den, and commenting on how such building expertise could really help her growing pack. Well, Carpenter wasn't much fond of the crocodiles and anacondas anyway. The young scout that had been sniffing around was hers, as well? What a small world it is!

Now a Stonefang, Carpenter is making sure the much larger dens of his new pack are kept in top shape (how hadn't any of them caved in yet?! So poorly constructed!) and that the perimeter of the Stonefang's home is properly guarded with all sorts of brambles and sharp sticks - not too sturdy, but nasty enough that any interloper would get a pawful of thorns before trying to sneak in again.

The world waits for no wolf, and Carpenter won't sit around as it rushes to fall down around him. Given the disasters happening all around, he has been working double time to ensure the sturdiness of the Stonefang's dens, teaming up with Rhett, Buyan, Tern, and Gwynnliol as well as any able youth to keep the densite secure.
