"You did very nicely, now please go fetch me some herbs. My stock is running low and I need to tend to this wolf." StoneWatcher called to the apprentice who was helping her to make healing salves. "Of course, mom, thank you." She replied, running off to find some plants to bring back. She had been training for a whole season and was getting really good at finding herbs for her mother. She kept a steady trot-like pace as she moved down a path that had been created by the hunting parties moving on their way. A large Blue Jay soared in the sky above her, enticing her to follow. Her mother had taught her that Blue Jay's were quite playful birds and could be pretty mischievous, but they would be helpful if they were guided by a passed wolf. She remembered how her mother had told her stories of wolves who followed Blue Jay's that led them to lost puppies and switched to a faster pace to follow the gorgeous bird. It led her to a beautiful clearing that she hadn't known was there and wouldn't have thought to explore. The clearing was covered in varied types of herbs and she quickly grabbed a muzzle full of some to bring back to her mother. She dipped her head to the bird, who had taken residence on a branch that overlooked the pretty spot. "Thank you for sharing this lovely place with me, safe travels."
