Terra came from a litter born to two rogue wolves who had met by chance. The odds were stacked against them, and unfortunately none of the litter survived with their parents having to hunt and patrol and leaving them to fend for themselves most of the time.
After watching her siblings pass one by one, she learned to follow and keep up with her parents. They were able to teach her how to fend for herself before they themselves passed from starvation.
Left alone, Terra wandered around the world, from frozen lands to high deserts. She lwarned to fight and perfected her hunting, having many adventures along the way. Though most of her kind disliked being on their own, she thrived by herself. It wasn't until at nearly 4 years of age that she got the urge to find a more permanent home and set out to look for a pack that could use her experience.
Hiro was exploring the bordering territory when he ran into Terra. After a long chat, Terra agreed to join him and his young pack, figuring they could use her wisdom.
