Flames Cloak The Night is known in the pack for her fiery temper, which was even more apparent when she was first joining the pack. This temperament and her red-hot pelt earned her name, which is often shortened to Flame. It was some time before she opened up to the Alpha Riverpaw and Herbalist Dakota, and it came to light that she has an ailment causing an aching in her joints and burning underneath her skin. Flame is prideful and refuses to show weakness, even going so far as to take on the strenuous role of hunter, however she makes up for it by being meticulous about the care suggested by Dakota. She takes regular baths with crushed anti-inflammatory herbs and does frequent stretches-- all in relative secrecy. She has only told those who may need to know, and even then, those in her hunting party often forget about her ailment from the way she carries herself.
