Morning Star has been in the pack since the beginning and holds a special place in it's hierarchy due to his smarts and wisdom. Some wolves even may say he is the true leader of the pack ruling behind Canine Spawn's back: deciding on who should stay and go and which role a newcomer should take. In reality, this is not true. Morning Star adores the lead wolf greatly (perhaps not even in a way a friend should) making sure everyone respects his authority as well. Half of the pack listens to Canine Spawn's commands solely because of him, he could easily take over the pack if he wanted to but he will never turn his back to his leader and beloved friend. Won't he?
