Pheasants Pelt only knew life in the Fjordflokken pack before bouncing into Wystros as a pupsitter, looking after visitor to the pack; Tumbleweed Across Plains. He soon became attached to the young pup as she gave him a lot of trouble which he found amusing.
Listening to the young pup tell stories of her packs history and of their leader, Elks Bugle, He decided in the end to join the Uinta Pack.
He was welcomed with many raised tails and plenty of grins. Elk gave him a new name after his colorful pelt that reminded her of a Pheasant Rooster. Many wolves in the pack looked over him and many spoke of how gorgeous his pelt is, even the pups found themselves following him as he watches over Tumbleweed.
