Erwen was adopted into the pack along with her brother Darius. She is known to be precise and calculating, ideal traits in a leader. She was chosen to be heir for this reason. She and her brother are the first of her bloodline, although Erwen is an adoptive member of Amanthu's bloodline. Erwen is known to be enthusiastic but level-headed. She is talented at diffusing tense situations and has a responsible air even at a young age.
Erwen took the mantle of leader in stride, but struggles to gain the respect of her packmates for a while. Darius' jealousy is hard to ignore. Her adoptive mother moves into the Midnight Den as an elder, and Erwen is glad for her company.
It took many a moon before Erwen chose her ceremonial mate, even having a son of her own before his choosing. Andri became her mate and the two get along okay, although not much has changed.
