Quick Prowler is best known for being... the best at what he does. He hunts. His skills in hunting is kind of his whole thing. He is the one who leads the hunts, and he is the one who trains the pups how to hunt.
His father, Fox Prowler, was better. After all, the master learns from the master. His father raised him and his sister, Sly Prowler, by himself. Their mother died during childbirth. It was hard for him, and he, for awhile, had asked his friend to feed them because they couldn't have prey yet. She agreed, and it lasted for a few months until Fox Prowler was chased away by his friend's returning baby daddy.
But they were old enough to wean. A bit early, but they could. So he began to teach them. He taught Quick Prowler to hunt and Sly Prowler to fight. Together, the two were quite the duo. He gets her food while she keeps the predators at bay.
That was until a cete of badgers came to attack. The Prowlers did what they could to fight them off, but Fox Prowler was killed by three of the badgers. Quick Prowler was trying his best, but fighting wasn't what he knew. Just as a badger goes for a killing blow, Sly Prowler tackles it. She killed it, but it did severe damage to her. Quick Prowler stayed with her all night after the fight, until she died the next morning. He buried her and their father under a giant oak tree, and he marked it with his claws.
After that, he stayed on his own for two years, sad and alone, but healthy. River Runner approached him, asking him to join his pack, and Quick Prowler saw it as a gift from his family.
You see him talking to Night Breeze, discussing the next hunting trip, when he looks at you. "Hey," he says, smiling.
