I have done amazing at stalking but after intrepid joined we have lost so much prey! gosh that wolf I swear! At least he managed to catch something! even if it was 1 measly pheasant, out of 9 hunts. it is sign that he is learning. plus pack leader is doing an amazing job of bringing back food for the pack on there own. Pack leader has brought back lots of beaver, meat chunks, a few eggs, and even a gull! they have also brought herbs and toys! all on there own! I was working with Beta and we only managed a hare and a buck! truly a great pack leader! with intrepid I was honestly worried there for a bit. But alas I see it was for nothing plus intrepid is getting the hang of it! hunting together is sure different from hunting alone. after some rest we should give it a few more tries. we may catch something big!

whoops~ I forgot to put the date on my previous journal entry. I also missed a few days. well anyways so Beta had some puppies with Intrepid and Snoreswift seemed a little put off. He was weird and asked me to see if beta and the pups where healthy. They where, but when I asked him why he got a little weird and said he just wanted to make sure the firsts packs litter was okay. which makes sense to me. I don't know why he was so weird about it although in hindsight was probably because he needed a nap as I saw him taking one later. lazy wolf. can't say he is bad at scouting though. Far from it! Anyways we also got a Pup Sitter named Ancillary and a Healer named Golden law. Oh sense Beta's Pups no longer need milk we had a weening ceremony today and the pups where bestowed there soon-to-be roles and assigned to our den. I can't wait to help teach them all I know about this pack and there rules! Oh yeah Intrepid has been doing AMAZING in his role as Finisher now! I told him he just needed practice! Intrepid also seems really excited to be able to interact with his pups now. Pack Leader often leaves for days at a time coming back injured. apparently it is because Pack Leader is doing her best to keep us safe and fed by chasing off dangers and bringing back whatever prey she can get. Pack Leader is so COOL! they have such a hard and dangerous job! Under Pack Leaders rule I can tell these next few months are gonna be great!
