Sparrow

Once upon a time, a pup living in the forest had a dream. He was walking alone through a field with only the moon to guide him. Each pawstep stirred the shadows underneath his small paws until they became a giant bird with feathers black as pitch. It called the little pup to its side and whispered secrets of the world, giving him supernatural powers.

Growing up surrounded by spirits was both a blessing and a curse. Sparrow has no control over his Sight and couldn't "turn it off." Eventually he wandered from his birth pack and found Talon, another wolf with the same story. Together they founded Nox Avibus as a place to honor the deity who gave them their powers.

Sparrow is a stoic wolf at heart, but a dutiful father and leader to his pack. He is always working to better life for those under his protection, but he is often blinded by faith. Because of his prophecy, Sparrow is ruthless when it comes to appeasing Nox. His mission is clear: spread the sight to the next generation. Pups born without the blue eyes are often shunned and Sparrow refuses to acknowledge them, even those allowed to remain within the pack.
