Today Quicksand retired from hunting and became the new Mentor. Vipin has been training well and has been able to succeed Quicksand as the new chaser. If he should one day become Alpha, he would be a very promising leader... and mate I guess as well now that we're pair bonded...I would be Luna--weird.

Jaya came to us early in the morning to announce the death of Alpha Penuri, who died in her sleep. The she-wolf was hard to read on how she felt about her mother's death. Old age had caught up to Penuri, may she rest in peace with Lunar Admiral. It wasn't long after Queen Alpha Yas arrived in the Jungle Region to announce our reign and work out succession. The new leaders of the Jungle Region, Alpha Vipin, and Luna Shyla...We decided to honor Alpha Penuri we chose Jaya Yasnuri to be our new Beta and decided we would hold off on announcing a Scion.
