For a wolf that always considered herself reliable, Rodegai's greatest flaw was that for a long, long time, she had a very difficult time seeing hunts through. Her strength was her greatest skill, but she was not as strong as some of the other wolves on the team. It was the only job she was suited for, and yet there were other hunters that could have done it better than her.
It was discouraging, to say the least. She could do everything in her power to never let down her packmates, but she just couldn't figure out how to effectively finish off prey. Each time she accidentally fumbled the finishing move and let the prey escape, she beat herself up more.
Her team, however, was not discouraged. They kept encouraging her that she would get it eventually and that, with training, she would be the strongest wolf in the Alderward Pack. It was a long road coming before that day came, but it did.
She is very proud of how far she has come and learned from her packmates how to be less of a perfectionist and accept her own mistakes.
