Moira

Moira is the eldest daughter of Lady Rikka and Lord Aatos, and is the sister of Lord Aodh.

Moira carries herself with grace and sophistication at all times - she has appearances to keep up, after all. She's acutely aware of the heavy responsibilities that come along with her status and title of Lady, though she appears to be more concerned with the spectacle of being important and powerful rather than the boring basic aspects of leadership. For all her vanity and pride, Moira still cares deeply for those around her, even if it's in her own condescending way.

At the encouragement of her parents, she became close with Leikr, whose dry humor never fails to make her smile. The two became best friends long before becoming mates, and their sturdy relationship is an asset to their leadership of Nightwood.

THE LADY

The Lady of Nightwood is in charge of organizing, protecting, and ensuring the survival of the Nightwood Pack alongside her chosen bondmate. The title is passed down from mother to daughter, the eldest always trained and prepared to follow in her mother's paw steps.

The Lady is a spiritual leader as well. She bears a special connection to the Moon, being the only one able to traverse the Dreamlands and interact with Cnitharian lunar beings. It's not uncommon for her eye color to suddenly change after wandering the Dreamlands long enough. Her link with the lunar wolf goddess is represented by the moonlight-filled jeweled headdress and pendant she wears. Her heir wears an identical pendant. Runts of the litter are ineligible to be designated as heir - the potential prosperity of both the Pack and the royal line can not risk jeopardization.
