Uriah 'Ducat' Clare

Uriah Clare is an eccentric and forward individual who can appear quite mischievous and mean. His nickname is 'Ducat'. His personality is loud and large as a tropical storm punctuated by his talent of lulling others into a false sense of security with a somewhat charming interlude or two. However, he's among the most ruthless on deck and doesn't get so attached to his crewmates.

The exception to this seems to be Captain Levi. Though they go together about as well as hot coals and cold water, they've been inseparable friends since they've known each other. Not counting the jokes Uriah makes about committing a mutiny against Levi, of course.
