Fernweh

"I'll see to it that we thrive together, my lead."

Though young and inexperienced, Fernweh holds a special place in Eyolf's heart as she is the first to join him on his quest to start a new leaf. 

She came across Eyolf as he was exploring the Deciduous Forest. Prior to this, she had been on her own for a couple months exceeding her escape from her previous pack (who's Alpha had frequently attempted to assault her.) She was drawn towards Eyolf's reliable and slow to anger nature.

Months have passed since her oath to Eyolf's mission. Recently, she has not seen the Lead as much as she usually did. They have both been very busy with their duties and nary find time to socialize. However, one night, under the moonlight, she came across Eyolf as he was patrolling the territory. Their eyes met as they always did but... something was different about this time. She found herself short of breath and felt her temperature rise under his gaze. She left hurriedly, not wishing to feel such things again and trying her best to extinguish whatever fire had possessed her.

Weeks passed and every time Eyolf should pass Fernweh, the huntress felt herself burning up and an intense desire to be with him for eternity. At first, she thought she was alone in these feelings, but on the night of the crescent moon, Eyolf approached her and conveyed his feelings with his eyes. They pledged unity in secret and became a Lead pair. She's now pregnant with his offspring and happier than she has ever been.
