"He looks strong," Bear beams with pride as he nuzzles Helna.
Eyolf gazed on at the nursing pup, his gold eyes piercing through them with an unnerving intensity. But just as Bear and Helna thought he'd declare him exiled, Eyolf's eyes softened and he left the nest, his tail lowered and ears back.
"He's accepted them-" Helna gasped in relief.

Grizzly quickly grew into a strong, handsome young adult. It soon became the time where he was presented to Eyolf, but instead of having his parents behind him, it was just his brother, Corr. Eyolf regarded the two wolves with a critical look. He read their hearts and souls and found that he held no room for selfishness and deceit. The howl that followed proclaimed Grizzly and his brother to be one with the pack til death do they part.
