The type self-assured by experience and not ego, Bhahsk has fallen sort of accidentally into a leader like role among the newer hunters and younger members of the pack. He isn't lofty or loud, only competent, and with a habit of relaying his ideas while he's already got to work, it's very easy for other wolves to fall into stride with him and take his orders as best or already agreed upon.
His sort of independent brand of bossiness can come off as very gruff for some wolves, especially the inexperienced or young pups, who he will take for granted are doing their part as he carries on, often unintentionally denying them help or seeming self important. He doesn't mean to though, and is generally kind, helpful, and a good tutor if one pursues him to challenge his order or ask for clarification.
Bhahsk can be somewhat distant and overall shady, and seems to always have some vague far-away agenda, but no one doubts his loyalty to his friends or pack, only wonders what else he gets up to on the side.
