Despite not also being Máni's pup (just Sköll's), she was given nobility status within the clan.

Hala is considered a beautiful wolf amongst the clan, but it doesn't go to her head. She does care about her appearance, but she's hardly vain as a clan chaser. Hrafna says Hala reminds her of a peacock, and while the other clan members haven't seen one themselves, they do agree based on the description. Due to that observation, Hala is sometimes called Princess of the Peacocks (affectionately of course).
Her and Stjarna are like peas in a pod.
'During the lesson: Alabama explained how different fur colors and patterns made a difference in how Hala would be able to hide. She picked up on it quickly, and soon Alabama couldn't find her!'
During the Lesson:'Hala now understands how to interpret every ear position with alignment of the tail angle. It was so complex, but Fylgja was a good teacher.'
