Lillian was born on a winter night, in a harsh desert. She was admired by her pack, as she was born with a beautiful coat of purple and pink hues. Calliope, her pack's leader, knew she was destined for greatness. Her mother, Cashess, and father, Cashern, agreed, so Calliope called upon her friend: River, leader of another park called the Dark Striders. The wise grey wolf was troubled. Her pack was thriving, but River worried for its future. She was getting close to death, and needed to find a good leader to take over the pack after her. She had searched far and wide to find an heir, but had no luck. So, Calliope decided to help. The two pack leaders met in a hidden cave to discuss things. During this meeting, Calliope told River about the Hydrangea puppy that had just been born. River became intrigued, and agreed to meet the pup the next morning…

Cashern and Cashess brought their daughter to Calliope and River. The pup was confused as her parents said goodbyes, and left sadly. She wasn't sure why she was sitting here, in front of the elderly pack leaders. Calliope smiled at her, and leaned down to touch her nose. River did the same. Then, Calliope told the pup all about Rivers predicament. River smiled, and said, "you, my dear, are the solution to this problem. You are destined to be the leader of my pack." The pup was surprised!! Yet, there was a spark of excitement growing in her. This was her…destiny. River said, "Your name is now Lillian, meaning beauty and purity. I will take you in as my own, train you, and teach you everything to know about being a pack leader. I have no doubt that you will lead our pack to greatness." The wise gray wolf thanks Calliope, and leads Lillian home.

Lillian walks up to River's cave and enters quietly. Inside, she finds that River is already waiting for her. The wise gray wolf smiles, and says, "My dear. This is my last day with you all. Tomorrow, I retire to the Dynasty. So, I'm giving you my Pendant, made of Lunar Essence. This pendant is sacred; it is to be passed down through our family, to each leader. This pendant symbolizes power and responsibility in our pack; care for it well." She hangs the glowing blue pendant around Lillian's neck. "There. You are the leader now, my Lillian. Now, I must visit each one of our pack members. I need to say my goodbyes." River walks away, and Lillian looks down at her new pendant. Energy courses through her, stemming from the necklace. She straightens. She is the leader now. Looking up at the sky, she howls, a long and powerful note. In response, howls ring all around her as her pack accepts their new leader.

Lillian brings her advisors into her home, a large, bright cave that is comfortably decorated and furnished. Her junior advisors and best friends, Amelie and Audrey, enter with smiles on their faces. Her senior advisor and mentor, Brooklyn, comes in after them. The four wolves sit on a fluffy rug made from pelts. Lillian smiles at each of them, and says: "River told me before she passed that I could change our pack's name if I wanted to. After all, the current name, Dark Striders, simply doesn't describe our new values and members. I propose that we change the name to something more hopeful." The young, but brilliant leader leans back. Her friends nod silently, thinking. Then Brooklyn stands with a smile. "You are absolutely correct, my dear. I have thought about this for a long time; I just never had the heart to bring the subject up to River. 'Dark Striders' described the origin of our pack; River and her closest friends. I never thought it was my place to suggest such change. However, today is a new day, bringing a new leader, and a new pack. I believe this is our best plan of action." The wise wolf closes her eyes. When she opens them again, they are excited, and bright. "I have the perfect name in mind: The Daylight Dreamers. This name embodies our new values and strengths, and it is hopeful, light, and inviting! What do you all think?" Brooklyn looks at the other wolves. Audrey looks approving, Amelie's eyes are dancing with eagerness, and Lillian looks delighted. "Brooklyn, that is absolutely perfect. Let us announce this news to our pack!" She leads the wolves out of the cave. Soon after, the air is filled with excited cheers; the sound of a new era.

Ivy Elise enters Lillian's cave quietly. She is holding a map, that she appeared to have drawn herself. She finds Lillian reading a scroll on her bed. Smiling, she hands her the map, saying, "With Olivia's help, I was able to draw this map. It'll take to you straight to his den." She winks and turns away. Lillian looks down at the piece of paper, and then calls for her best friends. When Audrey and Amelie arrive, they look excited. Lillian says, "It's time. I will be away for three days, and when I return, I will hopefully be bearing a litter of puppies." She pauses, and smiles. "I've been waiting for this for a long time. Finally I can raise a family of my own!" Her friends exchange smiles. Then Audrey says, "Well then, you must get going!! We'll help you pack." Amelie nods, and the two of them help Lillian to gather her essentials into a sack made of sturdy banana leaves. Lillian hugs her friends, and sets off. "Good luck!!!" Her friends call. Lillian turns her head and smiles, then continues on her way.

Amelie holds Lillian's paw, comforting the pained wolf. Audrey brings a water pail to her, and Lillian begins to lap it up eagerly. Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Ivy Elise are delivering her pups. "Hold on, Lil, we're nearly there!!!" Brooklyn calls. Lillian closes her eyes and lays down on her nest, trying to distract herself from the pain. Despite it all, she is excited for her puppies' arrival.

Lillian smiles, watching her puppies as they explore their new home. Lucas finds some scrolls and begins to read them. Lizzie trots around and sniffs different objects, and then settles down in a hammock. Henry asks Riley if she wants to play, and in response, Riley simply tackles him. Lillian laughs, and begins to lay fur pelts on the ground. Lizzie comes over and offers her help. Lillian smiles, and they set up the rest of the furs together, so that the pups have beds. Lillian gathers all of her pups into her arms and puts them to bed. After she grooms them, she makes her way to her own bed. Smiling at the sight of the sleeping newborns, she falls asleep.

Avery May enters Lillian's spacious home, looking nervous and curious at the same time. She walks to a pelt curtain and knocks on the stone next to it. Lillian emerges from the curtain and smiles. "You made it Avery!! Yay! Come over to my desk." She beckons for Avery May to follow her. She does, and then sits down in front of the large desk Lillian works at. Lillian begins to speak. " So you mentioned wanting a mentor and/or a mother in this pack, because you left your parents behind." The adolescent nods. Lillian continues, "Well, after having my puppies, I realized that it could be helpful to have an older wolf around to assist me. And anyways, I had been wanting to take you in." Lillian's eyes sparkled. "So, would you like to be my adopted daughter? I would teach you everything I know, and you can help me with my handful of pups," Lillian laughs. "What do you think?" She waits for Avery May's answer. Avery pauses, and then smiles wide and throws her arms around Lillian. "Thank you so much, I would love that!!!" She exclaims. Lillian laughs again, and hugs her back. "Well then, it's settled. We can start the paperwork right now, and Chloe Grace and I will help you move into this cave!" Avery May nods, eyes dancing. The two wolves trot out of the cave, and start to move Avery's things in.

Since Avery May moved in, Lillian took in two more pups: Mia, a colorbomb pup that Ivy Elise had rescued, and Logan, a male Opal based pup that Lillian found at the Trading Center. So, there was a grand total of seven young wolves living in her home. It was a lot, but Lillian loved her big family. Avery May helped her a lot, as she was the oldest, and very responsible and patient. Additionally, Audrey and Chloe Grace often came over from next door to Lillian to help. Plus, Amelie had been taking care of Logan and Mia's training. With all of the help, things ran smoothly, and Lillian decided to keep adopting and mentoring pups so that they could feel loved and prepared in life. And all four of her biological children wanted to travel to other packs to learn about their world. Lizzie would board in another pack; Henry would move to his friends pack; Riley would explore the wild; and Lucas would find his new pack members in the Trading Center. Since her children would no longer live with her, it freed up space for more young wolves. So, Lillian set off to find more young wolves.

Lillian and Avery May waited by the door for the parade of young wolves that was coming. Then, Michael, Violet, and Diane walked into their cave, looking around in wonder. Lillian nuzzled each pup in greeting, and Avery led them to their rooms. Next came Raya, the Lily based pup that lost her mother. Lillian and Avery hugged her and offered condolences, and Lillian promised to nurture her well in place of Raina, her mother. Raya nodded and let Avery May lead her to her new chamber. After her, Kate and Hazel entered, chatting excitedly. Lillian smiled at the way the pups were already bonding. Hugging them, she promised to take special care of them, and Avery May added that she herself would personally take care of their training. She led them to the same room that Raya would be occupying. When she returned, Lillian smiled and said, "We've got tons of pups now! I'm so happy to have our big family back." The two wolves smiled, and set off to settle in the pups.

Lillian passed the colorful banner marking the territory of Gold Blooded, her old pack. The desert oasis was bustling with activity, as beautiful piebald wolves went about their day. She was greeted joyfully by several of her old pack members. Eventually, she reached the section of the oasis that she was raised in. She stopped in front of her childhood home, now empty. She walked over to her mother and father's graves and placed the flowers she'd brought with her on top of them. She closed her eyes for a moment, then moved on towards Caraxes' den. She knocked, and was soon greeted by the pack leader himself. "Ah Lili, welcome in!" He said, smiling. The two wolves had grown up near each other, and were very close. Lillian smiled in return, and said, "Hello Caraxes. It has been too long! Shall we sit and discuss things?" She asked. Caraxes nodded, and gestured to a fur pelt rug. The two wolves sat down and chatted for awhile, and finally Lillian said, "So, I entered my second heat yesterday. I was wondering if you would be willing to be the father of my pups?" She waited. Caraxes seemed to consider, and then replied, "Of course. I would love to. For you, there would also be no stud fee." He smiled. Lillian thanked him, and one day later, she was on her way home, bearing another litter of four.
