Name Information: Named after her white fur and mostly after my old Albino Prairie Kingsnake.

Volcano/Geological Information: Santa Ana is a very big Stratovolcano, sitting at 2,381 meters above sealevel, which erupts superheated clouds of ash, gas, and and volcanic debris. Active since the 16th century, the last eruption was in 2005, which was it's first eruption in over 100 years, killing 2 people in lahars (boiling mud and volcanic ash flows), and resulting in the evacuation of thousands.

Santa Ana Volcano's eruption dates in years descending: 2005, 1920, 1904, 1884, 1882(?), 1880, 1879, 1878(?), 1874, 1734, 1722, 1621(?), 1576, ?1570, 1524, 1521, 1520(?).

Lore: Moonstone was Traded into Eclipse Keepers when she was 5 and a half months old. Kiche ordered her to be trained as a Scout, recognizing her great strength and wisdom. Her trainer taught her all about the Stratovolcanoes. When Moonstone asked why she was assigned to scouting Stratovolcanoes and not Shield volcanoes (lava volcanoes), it was replied because her white fur would blend well into the ash clouds created by the Stratovolcanoes, allowing her to hunt easily and move about safely on her scouting missions. Moonstone excelled in her apprentice training and grew to love the stratovolcanos she explores. She learned the importance of traveling to the summit to drop offering into the crater, as it is Eclipse Keeper beliefs that sacrificing offerings to the volcanoes will prevent the volcanoes from erupting.

As an apprentice, Summit allowed Moonstone to collect feathers, and the young prodigy dedicated herself to collecting and decorating her pelt with beautiful, strange pinkish-white feathers she seemed to have a keen eye for. With the help of Frightful, a False Melanistic she-wolf -who also decorated her pelt with many (black-blue) feathers-, Moonstone tucked and beaded and braided her pretty feathers into her fur.

On one of her many scouting missions, once she was a grown wolf, Moonstone met a playful blue jay, who gifted her one of its own feather. She cherishes the blue jay feather deeply and will not let anybody else touch it.

She bonded to Blue Craft, who trusts her above any other wolf, and considers her the most reliable wolf of Eclipse Keepers. Whether this is true or not could be debatable depending on who you speak with.

When she was 3 years 8½ months, Moonstone reached level 20. Since she could gain no more stats from leveling up, White Fang removed her from Scouting duty and assigned her as a Pupsitter. When she reaches 5 years, she will be assigned the role of a Mentor.
