Loyal to a fault, a wolf who follows her heart no matter the consequences and can't imagine doing otherwise. A charming wolf who makes friends easily, able to win over even the most suspicious of strangers. Strong and skilled- good at handling herself and very good at talking herself out of rough situations so she doesn't have to- skills that come in handy as a scout.
She became a scout to support the newly formed Rowan Wood pack, to explore this new place they chose to call home, out of duty/loyalty more than true curiosity or an adventurous spirit. She does enjoy going out and exploring with MoonSong, when they can.


SpoilerOne of MoonSong's closest and dearest companions. When MoonSong left their birth pack, MidnightMystery followed, unwilling to leave her best friend to face the world alone.
The pair grew up in a faraway pack, with a name lost to time and bad memories.
MoonSong was always an outsider but MidnightMystery was well accepted. She came to the pack as a pup, given up by a loner mother who feared for her survival. Their pack was a tough one and they refused to take in her mother- weak and malnourished from struggling to take care of pups on her own, a useless mouth to feed over a hard winter in their eyes. But they were willing to accept the pup- young but even then showing signs of strength and tenacity, one who could be molded into a useful pack member. Faced with an impossible choice, her mother chose to leave her with the pack where she hoped she would have a better life.
Young as she was, MidnightMystery remembered her mother for a long time, though over time the memories of her mother faded and now she can hardly even remember what she looked like. She has vague memories of littermates too- warm bodies piled together in a cold den, familiar scents entwining with her own- but no recollection of what ever happened to them. Sometimes she wonders and sometimes she thinks it might be best not to know.
That had been a hard year for the pack and they had fewer pups than usual. They were of a similar age and MidnightMystery joined them as a sibling. She was given a new name to signify her new life and given the same care and attention as all the pack's pups, more so even because she showed true promise as a future hunter and the pack was in sore need of hunters. Even so, she felt out of place knowing she didn't truly belong in the same way the other pups did. Her memories and experience of loner life set her apart from the others, even if the adults treated them the same.
Surprisingly, she found a kindred spirit in MoonSong, one of the Alpha's mate's own pups. They were a gentle and kind-hearted pup, welcoming MidnightMystery wholeheartedly. They were much smaller than their siblings, though she never mistook that as them being weak, and their pale blue eyes seemed to see deep into her soul, to see and understand things the others did not.
MidnightMystery was an outsider by circumstance but MoonSong was an outsider because of who they are. They were not afraid to stand up for who they are or their beliefs. MidnightMystery admired their courage but it often resulted in rough treatment from a pack who didn't understand and didn't appreciate such behavior, especially from a pup. Despite being a child of the Alpha pair, they were always looked down upon and on the bottom of the pack.
Things came to a head in their second winter. Too many cold nights spent trapped in the close quarters of the pack's cave, too many hurtful words and actions by pack members who should have cared enough to at least try to understand and respect them- Moonsong couldn't stand to stay any longer. They left in the deep of winter and, unwilling to let them face the world alone and to face life without them, MidnightMystery followed.

Scouting:
When they return, MidnightMystery excitedly tells you about a nice nap spot they found.
