most pups who come to the pack Elian was not looking for a new home. Traveling with his best friend and companion raven he called Paul, this young pup actually saught out the Infernal Nightshade Pack in search of Barbatos's wisdom and guidence. He had heard rumors of the wise wolf and needed his asisrance.

Upon arrival he had no trouble finding the wolf adorn with glowing teal markings. The little pup walked up to the wise old wolf who was observing the pack and bowed his head. The pup was adorn with a strange star like pattern, as if the galaxy itself was shimmering and displayed in his fur. His bright pink eyes looked up to him, radiating with power and energy.

Barbatos observed the young wolf as he curled his tail around them. Elian expressed his struggles and concerns. The young pup, while not immortal like him, had similar abilities. He could not only see visions and control time but also control space itself. He was fearful of his visions and powers as they were too strong for him and at times sent him into trances he could not control. They scared his packmates greatly as it made them fear he would die in these unmoving states.

The elder wolf heard his pleas and watched with an unmoving face. You could never tell what he was thinking as he showed little emotions. Barbatos did understand the young pups fears and why he chose to come to him. Barbatos then made an offer to the young pup to be his mentor. The pup couls stay and learn from him until he felt safe to return home. It took some thought as he wasnt sure about such but ultimately agreed to these terms.

Elian spent his younger years training with Barbatos and learning how to use his abilities. He learned his powers were too strong for his young body but as he got older they would even put and he would no longer have there terifying trance-like states. He slowly became a powerful force able to defy even Barbatos's abilities.

Elian did not return home though. Along with befriending a young pup named Pyro who became almost family to him as they shared similarities in their struggles, he also felt close to his mentor. He felt Barbatos taught him alot like a father figure and he had even started to mimic his quiet, stoic, nature that gave off an all knowing aura of wisdom. Elian chose to stay in the pack and become a member, which he was ultamatly accepted having been there as Barbatos's apprentice since he was a young pup. The pack already had seen him as a member by this point so leaving would have been quite a saddening time for them all. Thankfully with his knowledge and understanding of the world he could take up a role as an herbalist and trained under Oracle to be her future replacment for when she retired.
