Randall

A couple weeks ago Randall joined the Wolven Angels from another pack to help out. He is an expert chaser and has magnificent genes that will be integrated into the pack. He was honored to be asked to be their breeding male and one of their hunters. Randall looks forward to doing his best in his new pack and to help raise and father the next generation of pack leaders.

Randall was out with his hunting party, Harold's Hunting, leading the chasers. They closed in on a large buck and began taking turns trying to wear it out. It was going well and the buck seemed to be losing stamina, it was almost time for their finisher, Gloria, to step in and take the buck down. On Randall's last pounce on the beast, the one intended to slow it down enough for Gloria to finish the job, the buck kicked up into Randall. The buck's back hoof hit Randall straight in the abdomen and left a nasty gash up his side. Unfortunately, the buck was able to get away as the rest of the hunting party came to Randall's aid. Randall felt bad that he had spoiled the hunt they worked so hard for, but the other party members assured him it was not his fault. Two of the hunting party members, Beauty and Caramel, one of whom was a chaser, were pregnant. Randall had done his best to take over more of the hunt so they had to work less, but it ended up costing him some pain and the meal. They had all tried their best to subdue the buck and were all glad that everyone was okay. Gloria seemed a little irritated, as she was excited to take out the buck and was known to be a bit conceited, but even she came around. They all wandered back to the Wolven Angels emptyhanded, but alive. Wryn was not mad at all and said she had plenty of food to keep the pack going. Randall visited Eureka for some medication and she gave him some herbs that should prevent his wound from getting infected. She said Randall should be alright, but will likely have a nasty scar for the rest of his life.
