Biography
You were ready to rejoice the rare birth of twins, until a dreadful realisation overcame your joy—you notice the puppies are joined at the hip. New Puppies seem to be eager to suckle milk nonetheless, so you embrace them in a loving snuggle.
You learn how Fír & Fjal function as they learn the world themselves. They interact with each other, they cuddle together, they try to get away from each other... But their fate is to be joined forever. They seem to be pooping a little more than ordinary puppies. You wonder if they're not able to control that part of their body.
Fír & Fjal is learning how to walk without falling and tripping. You explain the basics of teamwork to them, and they seem to understand you. A minute later, the puppies bite each other's paws. Ah, parenthood.
Each time Fír & Fjal tells you about their day or describes anything that happened among pack members, you're amazed that they can turn even the blandest and most casual event into a breathtaking story.
Wisdom lesson: Recognising Danger
Is this herb safe? Can I eat this? Will this hurt me? All valid questions that it's beneficial to get the answer to. Taught by a Herbalist in an intensive lesson, puppies will learn this and more.
During the lesson: Fír & Fjal's brow furrowed in concentration as they worked on guessing which herbs placed before them were poisonous and which were not. Slateclaw W/S watched with interest.
Smarts lesson: Working together
Fír & Fjal listened carefully to Slateclaw W/S's lecture about how biting and tussling aren't allowed during teamwork. That was a bit disappointing, but Fír & Fjal were ready for the hard work.
Unusual Puppy
When it's time to try solid foods, Fír & Fjal are struggling to properly digest their portions. You often see small pools of vomit around your den.
Howling lesson: Puppies will be taught how and when to howl effectively.
Fír & Fjal practised their voices in a remote spot, a bit ashamed to howl in front of other pups and adults. They didn't feel ready yet.
