Born on a stormy autumn night, when Yliaster was plunged into a horrible war, Gjöll was the only surviving pup from a litter of three. Her father, Rinnan - a well-respected soldier of the Kynsguard - was aging, and hoping for a suitable heir to his position in the ranks and the head of Clan Varngaard. Gjöll was the perfect choice - the granddaughter of Yliaster's murdered king Aki - she was born to be a fighter.
Personality changed from Neutral to Vulgar after joining The Kynsguard (and, subsequently, the Wildkyn War)
During the Prey Tracking lesson: Gjöll the Enduring was confused when she could catch the same scent in several spots, but Étgudach Ava'al's smirk explained it all. It was one of those tricky lessons and Gjöll the Enduring did everything to prove she was smart enough to track prey effectively.
