❃Lunar Snow❃

The male had been wandering in search for land, a home to call his own and start a family within. That of course caused for the male to meet the black, yellow-eyed she-wolf called Tala, the female ended up showing Lukamine the basics of running a pack. Soon after he had the family he always wanted, his best friend Vivyann by his side as well as his mate and pups, unfortunately at this point in time, he nor his pack mates remember any of those three's names.

Lukamine had been quite fortunate up until the day his pups weaned off their mother. His first born son had died to a coyote, and not long after, his second had disappeared. He blamed this on Vivyann, who was at the time the pupsitter and his mate, causing for him to lash out at the two. The only physical harm was to come to the female causing her to take off and search for another pack, while Vivyann stayed loyal to his Alpha.

Throughout the while after the three were gone, the male was tunnel visioning in on perfecting his pack, inviting random females from the wilds into the group to breed with the Kindred, Dane, just in hopes of creating some decent pups out of a bad choice that he couldn't take back as he promised Dane Kindredship till he were to pass on.

Eventually hearing the first pair bond was created between two of his best wolves he felt lonelier than ever before and longed to have someone of his own to love.

Many times the male attempted to leave the pack and hand it down to Vivyann, somehow he was always stopped, always stuck, held down by some inescapable force created by Vivyann's words, and the words of all the pack members doubt about him, even worse, the words held against Vivyann's leadership over them.

Confronted by one of the younger wolves, the female turned the entire pack against Lukamine's judgement, well, almost the entire pack. Despite his own failure to calm the protest, he soon found himself inspired by one young male who stepped up and spoke out, that youngin being Durian. Convincing the pack that Lukamine's choice was reasonable seemed effortless, few sentences yet every word spoken changed views in seconds.

What effected him the most however, wasn't even the speech, it was the words spoken to him afterwards by the young male. "Alpha, I trust your judgement... but this was only out of my own admiration for him, I won't always be able to step in sir. I know it may not be my place, but learn how to be a real Alpha, learn how to control and settle your wolves... they'll turn on you." Lukamine simply nodded, taking Durian's words to heart, he began taking charge of the pack, getting stricter and stricter, trying to keep the pack from falling apart and trying to distract himself from his longing for a partner.

It seemed like it wasn't long before everything was mostly orderly, Vivyann recently having returned from a series of scouting missions with Durian. And with evident distancing from the male, Lukamine had grown agitated by his Beta's actions and confronted him.

The argument eventually took a turn completely unintended by either wolf. The olive eyed male shouted his confession and it was instantly returned to him by the subconscious mind of Lukamine. Of course this argument, turned into a confession by them both and even later resulting in their pair bonding.
