Twilight was always a bit of an oddball. With too much energy and very little patience, some in his birth pack grew annoyed with him rather quickly. When Storm Cloud left, Twilight was quick to follow. Until now, they've been on their own. But Storm Cloud noticed the arrival of Winters and her mate Rivers, and decided to see if they might be a good fit for them. Once he'd been excepted, Storm Cloud came to introduce Twilight to them as well. Twilight joined Rivers on his hunts.

After the witches' betrayal, a changed Winters leads her pack northward.
