Dust never seems to stay in one place. He has trouble meeting new friends, but once he does, his loyalty and sense of fairness wins them over and he has them for life. He enjoys adventures, but although he doesn't talk much, he would much rather have company than go at it alone. He is a decent hunter, but because he doesn't talk about his success much, some of the other wolves don't always notice. But Cedar always notices and is quick to stand up for him if another wolf downplays his accomplishments.
