Ami shook her head. "I'm supposed to protect you and the team. I'm supposed to make decisions that keep ypu guys safe. What good is a leader if her team is injured?" She said, swallowing at the last bit. "You didn't fail me, I promise." She says. "I don't need healing. It'll be fine on its own. You however, do need healing." She says, giving him a soft smile. "And if the freak has any magic left, then maybe I'll consider letting it heal me. But you first." She said, trying to make a joke.

Brian chuckled, picking up the pace as well, while Siena held onto his back tight, and Adam, still lighter then one would find a panther, was slowly breathing like normal once more.

Jack looks at her with a very serious look. "...you should be healed too, and I won't take no for an answer..." He replies. "...if you say no again,n then I won't let them heal me until you're already healed..." He said it in a tone that meant he wasn't joking for once.

Star looks to Adam. 'are you feeling better?' she asks telepathically, wanting to make sure he would be okay and wouldn't suffocate or something. 		Night Crow the Bird Brain

Ami sighed, glancing at him. "Youre a pain, you know that?" She said, before tlting her head. "Fine. But you first." She said, crossing her a4ms despite the pain. She watched as the Axolotl thing covered Jack with a shimmering pink mist, watching the skin mend itself back to normal, leaving nothing behind. She knew it's been a good five minutes since the healing began. She glanced at the Axolotl, hesitantly giving her arm to the creature to heal

Adam meowed, a yes, taking deep breaths still. The forest thinned out, revealing a road before them

Jack would keep his gaze on Ami to make sure she let the axolotl heal her fully. He stayed laying as he was so his body could recouperate while the axolotl took Ami's arm and dusted the pink mist over her arm to heal it.

Star looked down at the road. 'why is the ground black there? Did a big slug do that?' she thought telepathically, curious and a tad bit confused as she gazed at the road. She was gonna ask a lot of questions throughout their time in the city no doubt. 		Night Crow the Bird Brain
