Posted 2024-02-27 17:50:58 #1164218 Yea, sure! We confirmed that nesting status does not affect litter survival chances. The chances of the surviving pups will reflect the survival rate for the FULL litter, including pups who died.

Posted 2024-03-06 17:01:15 #1170226 So, I have actually been keeping track of my litter sizes for the past 2.5 years, which comes out to a total of 738 litters. I'm not sure my data will be useful for you because I haven't counted runts and haven't kept track of what percentage are twins. I have litters containing twins separated from the normal data, but because I started the spreadsheet before twins existed I'm only tracking the litter sizes. My spreadsheet also contains black, blue, and white sage litter sizes, which are of course separate from the natural litter sizes. All of my litters have been nested. If you'd like to look at my data you can PM me because I'm not sure how to share a spreadsheet without the account email being visible (or at least, I can't tell if the email is visible or not to the outside person viewing the spreadsheet).
