Why fleasIf you can't be bothered to deal with your hunters getting sick every 30 minutes you can infect them with something harmless (like fleas), they can still hunt, they won't get any other illnesses (like annoying influenza that just... takes entire energy bar upon contraction). They have to be isolated though as fleas spread like wildfire and inflict the standard illness penalty (10 mood if not cured upon rollover). Alternatively, you can just ignore open wound as it also doesn't do much harm (females can't be bred + standard penalty of 10 mood upon rollover). You can give healing salves to wolves other than your lead.
