I will make a post or rule about this in BPC when I'm finally able to come back from semi-hiatus but I am on here now to speak on this important topic. The Beauty Pageant committee does not accept open prejudice of any kind, especially against the queer or LGBTQ community.I myself am a proud genderfluid and pansexual queer person and I am not the only queer person present in leadership or as a member of BPC in general. If you come to our group, know that you are coming to an openly queer and accepting space that expects you to have that same acceptance. The only thing this acceptance stops at is prejudice. To be explicitly clear, this pageant is still on and I want to comment on how many gorgeous contenders I see in front of me!  Alongside no access to a PC really didn't help matters either (hate having to deal with HTML on mobile, it's asking for broken code  ).In terms of the entries, I will address one quick thing vern hadn't via the reply a few messages up: - @āÄĆĆĪÅÄĪĀ„ā¾ , while the wolf you have listed does in fact fit the needs for entries, I do have to respect vern's decision as well on making BPC a safe space. I am not one to diminish character of a fellow human, but I'm a caregiver and wish nothing but safety and security to those who cannot find such. While I assure you may be a genuinely good person, I cannot take these kinds of chances as that only makes a line falter and creates a foot-in-the-door effect for those in the future. I offer my sincerest apologies in this regard. We thank you for your interest in the pageant overall, but safety/security of our groupmates comes first. - @slimepossum , due to the clause above, your entry is now bumped in to the current roster. Regardless, outside of this all, the pageant is now being closed for voting! I wish all that enter good luck :D |
