Decor: Crown/horns piece and the antlers (can be shrunken down, doesn't need to be intricate or detailed). Do the fangs count as decor? I may also pay for the necklace but I want to confirm about the antlers first.

I take almost anything apart from common decor :) and yes I can do that for you. Nah, I can do the fangs for free since they will be tiny on the small ywc :)

Decor: Wings (Left black, right white, matches eyes.) | Kintsugi | Hooded Sash | Mace (In mouth or resting nearby)

Any decor can be excluded if it's too much! Wings can also be simplified into chibi wings.
If you draw him holding the mace, can I get a version with and without it, please?

No troubles at all! So for decor all up, would be an extra 7gc :) I'll do proper wings cause that will look better I think ^^
