Choose a Door!

As the three paths converge into one, you shake your fur out with a sigh. After such a wild journey, there are various souvenirs in your fur that you had unknowingly taken with you- flakes of dried herbs, sticks, mud and even bits of fur and fluff that aren't yours. You attempt to clean the mess off, but are unsuccessful in your first few attempts, and so you decide that the dirt wins today.

You blink, feeling a sudden wave of exhaustion crash over you. You yawn, your fur bushing out as you stretched your limbs out. Stretching your back, you open your eyes lazily to see that lying in front of you was a sight you were sure wasn't there before. A creature, like someone slapped deer antlers onto a rabbit. It kicked its hind legs out, startled.

Hm, easy food? You narrowed your eyes at it as it froze and crept closer, slowly. Right before you could lunge at it, however, that same sense of abruptly overpowering exhaustion came back- and this time, it nearly knocked you off your paws. You flinched, and flinched again when the deer-rabbit spoke.

"Ah, you wouldn't want to eat me! You've been walking for a while now- you're tired, VERY tired…"

As it spoke, you swayed on your paws, shaking your head quickly in an attempt to shake the drowsiness off. Whatever the rabbit thing was doing to you, it didn't seem to be strong enough, as you managed to power through. Seeing you gradually come back to your senses, it tensed as if to scurry away, but instead reached into the tree hollow a few paces behind it and pulled a bundle of leaves out- then another to follow.

"What if I tell you I've got a deal you canNOT refuse?" It suggested. You frowned a bit, eyeing the bundles. It continued.

"Here in these two leaf bundles, I've got a variety of different things. Exotic wares, one might say. So, will you spare my life for a valuable trinket or two? You can only pick one, of course, but… ah, will you?"

You eye the bundles. The deer thing would be too fast for you to snatch both. It seemed to want to freely offer one of the two… so long as you let it be?… You wondered what was inside.

Paths:
1.) Pick Bundle 1
2.) Pick Bundle 2
3.) Ignore the rabbit-thing's offer and eat it regardless

You contemplate the choices before you before settling on the first bundle. So what if it was a trick or a con? At least the leaves would still be of some use to you. You kept the rabbit-thing's powerful legs at a distance and quickly picked up the first bundle. As you unwrapped it, the creature offered you a hasty nod before picking up the other bundle and taking off through the forest.

Meh. Looking down at your prize, you found a hearty supply of fresh-smelling herbs, such as useful gift that you were genuinely surprised at how your day had taken a turn for the better. Your Herbalist would have so many new herbs!

You hadn't even realized you were smiling until you'd picked the bundle back up and trotted into the horizon.

You got:
Aloe (x1)
Arnica (x1)
Bearberry (x1)
Boneset (x1)
Buffaloberry (x1)
Burning Bush (x1)
Carrionflower (x1)
Cedar Bark (x1)
Chaparral (x1)
Charcoal (x1)
Dandelion (x1)

You contemplate the choices before you before settling on the second bundle. So what if it was a trick or a con? At least the leaves would still be of some use to you. You kept the rabbit-thing's powerful legs at a distance and quickly picked up the bundle. As you unwrapped it, the creature offered you a hasty nod before picking up the other one and taking off through the forest.

Meh. At least you still had your…

Your eyes narrowed at the suspiciously light weight of your bundle. You toss it around in your jaws for a moment before dropping it and peeling it open. Lying in the middle of the large lead was a single dead fish. You felt your eye twitch as your claws dug into the earth.

You wrapped your bundle back up and hunted down a totally unrelated rabbit for your troubles. Even if it wasn't the same one, you still took relish in the exercise. Blasted thing.

You got:
Large Leaf (x3)
Dead Fish (x1)
Rabbit Carcass (x1)

You contemplate the choices before you decided that the bundles were overrated. The first one looked too light, and the second one stunk of rotting meat. You took a moment to step closer as if to inspect the bundles, taking care to keep your eyes on the leafy things before shooting your head up and lunging without warning at the rabbit creature.

It yelped in alarm, but wasn't quick enough to jump away from you as your teeth sunk into its throat. You shook it a few times for good measure, then finally trotted off with your prize when you were certain it wasn't going to move again. Its antlers poked you a couple times, which was even more annoying than you'd thought its attempt at a deal was, but it was well worth the prize.

The meat just smelled so delicious… you wondered if it tasted more like a deer or a rabbit.

You got:
Jackrabbit Carcass (x1)
Entwined Antlers (x1)

As you walk along you come across and haunted house with three entrances

1: and old rotten wood door, with cobwebs and spiders all over it
2: A door with a glow so bright it about blinds you
3: This entrance has no door, but as you peer inside it looks like poppy from trolls' room
