I think it's usually 3 variations? Grousehouse wiki is down rn but from my browsing over it the past few days it seems like the them is each plant has 4 variations total; 1 being the base plant and the other 3 being mutations of some kind. The only outlier might be roses as they have a whole rainbow of colors they can come in.

I got them exploring in the lunar/dream zones. Not sure which encounter nor which option. Just had them after exploring there.

Just stumbled across Lunar plants growing in the Desert, chose Try to Harvest, & nabbed 1 Lunar Orchid seed.

  • Well if it looks like one, surely it can be harvested? You try to gently harvest it, and manage to trap just one seed before the plant crumbles into lunar dust. Success! You got 1x Lunar Orchid Seeds!

Planted it immediately.

I found Flickering Lunar Violet seeds in the Coniferous Forest. I think the button option was Try to Harvest. The option I did not choose was Study. Idk what that option does.
