The small dragon flinched at the FogWing's words. Obviously she worships the sun! She thought with discomfort. She's a FogWing! They act like the sun is their saviour! But, despite her anger at the grey dragon, fear was the only thing Phoenix could feel. "I-I know I really shouldn't say this but... Parts of the spruce forest keep catching on fire!" The dark purple dragon blurted out. It was quick, but slow enough to her what she said.

Beacon listened to Shapeshifter's explanation, hopping from foot to foot nervously. She nodded hesitantly, and as Phoenix blurted out something about… the forest? Fire…? She blinked.

"Are you saying… the Sun… set the forest on fire…?"

She tilted her head to the side like a little dragonet that didn't understand.

"Why would it do that?"

She glanced once or twice to Phoenix, and after a moment she asked randomly to the ShadowWing,

"Hey… wh—- why are you called Phoenix if you're a shadow dragon…?"

She ducked her head once and fiddled with her talons, then looked up again to mumble,

"S… Sorry, was that rude? Should I not have asked that? That's fine if it's too personal, you don't have to answer—-"

At the sound of the dragon hidden in the shadows, she flinched harshly and spun around.
