hhheeelllooo!! I have quite a few females in my den that are decently young but I'm not too interested in so I thought I'd see if anyone else would like to claim a heat (or three, lol) of theirs! This will be my first time trying something like this, so please bear with me if there are a few things I need to work out (also open to constructive criticism)! Please make sure you read the rules before requesting a heat, thanks! :}
Rules + Pricing
β Each heat will have a flat rate of 100sc and will increase by 50sc per base tier, starting from T2 bases (So a plain T2 base with no marks will be 100sc)
β€ Each marking the female has will increase the price by 10sc, with Raffle marks and eyes both being an additional 15sc (so if a female has 2 raffle marks it'll be 30sc instead of 20, for example)
β£ You are expected to provide materials such as nesting mats, breeding items (when relevant), coverage of the stud fee to your preferred stud, etc... alongside your payment for the heat (this also applies to the 10sc scrying fee!)
Β Β βͺ As I do not have a stud right now, a selected stud will be expected to be chosen by the buyer as well. Once I get my own
Β Β Β stud,Β you don't need to worry about sending a stud fee as well if you decide to use him.
Β Β Β βͺ Coverage of the stud fee can be sent at a separate date from the heat fee, just make sure that the stud you're selecting won't have passed by the time my female's heat comes and that the owner of the stud is an active player!
β§ Payment for the heat will be expected upfront, but if you don't have the SC, no worries-- I'm also open to bartering :}
β Any pups from the breeding belong to you, and will be sent upon the RO they are weened
β€ As breeding cooldowns are quite long, I will send you a reminder the day before your selected female goes into heat just in case you forget (may happen the day of, if I don't realize a females cooldown is up)
β£ In case of inactivity on the buyer's half:
Β Β βͺ I will first and foremost try to reach out once the pups are fully weaned via an alternative form of communication (e.g. discord) if I have been given one
Β Β βͺ If I am unable to contact you, I will claim ownership of the pups 3 ROs after they have fully weaned.
Β Β βͺ If I notice the buyer has been inactive for an extended period of time (e.g. a month or more) before/day of the selected females heat, I will not go through with the breeding. Refunds in this case will not be given.
β§ If you change your mind on the female you have reserved, you can ask for a refund up until the night before the heat.
β I reserve the right to reject a buyer from purchasing a heat when I deem needed.
β€Β I will try my best to ensure the survival of all your pups, but in the chance one does die I will offer a consolation fee that was 20% of the females cost per pup. If I find that I have an influx of pups and not enough pupsitters, I will warn you ahead of time and if you still decide to proceed and a pup ends up dying, no consolation fee will be provided due to the prior warning.
βͺ The warning will be sent out before the breeding, and the buyer will be provided a refund, if they decide they do not want to proceed with the breeding due to not guaranteed survival of all pups.
β£ It is your (the buyers) responsibility to check the lineages of the studs you select for my female in the case of inbreeding. If there is any accidental inbreeding a female, that's on you, not me.
These rules will be subject to change as I see fit. Please DM me if you want clarity on any of the rules or if you find their wording is confusing and I will reword them. In order to make this work, communication is very important. If I reach out to you multiple times with no reply on your end, I will not extend you my services in the future.
For the sake of organization, please only comment in this thread the female you are interested in. I will send you a DM confirming the reservation and will be expecting a payment within one RO of the reservation. If payment is not provided within the allotted time I will cancel the reservation.
