Hello, I know there is some base rarity data out there when it comes to breeding a tier I with a tier II, and so on, but is there any information on what the chances are when breeding a special base to any of the other tiered base?

For example, I specifically want to know what the chances of getting a tier III base out of a tier II x special* pairing are. Is it higher than the 2.5% when breeding tier III to tier II?

I just got a special* based pup out of a breeding with my tier II female and special* breeding male. This was a shock to me, because for some reason I thought special* pups could only come out of a special* x special* pairing. So happy tho, she's a female as well! This is her here!
