In regards to finding Mutations: the chances of finding a mutated Raccoon in any biome besides the Red-Light District are incredibly low -- not impossible, but extremely unlikely (about 1 in 20 odds). The Red-Light District has a slightly higher chance (about 1 in 12), while the Woo-Hoo Bar adds additional chance to that (I don't want to give away all our secrets yet!) Panda and I use a rolling system with a typical polyhedral dice set to determine Explore outcomes! |
