Also question cuz im not sure if i saw it on the page, can you find mutations anywhere with just a higher chance at finding em exploring the red-light district, or is the district the only place to get muties?

@Freezer, I'm so glad you like your raccoon!! I had a lot of fun with her, and I hope to see the Marking make a return!!

In regards to finding Mutations: the chances of finding a mutated Raccoon in any biome besides the Red-Light District are incredibly low -- not impossible, but extremely unlikely (about 1 in 20 odds). The Red-Light District has a slightly higher chance (about 1 in 12), while the Woo-Hoo Bar adds additional chance to that (I don't want to give away all our secrets yet!)

Panda and I use a rolling system with a typical polyhedral dice set to determine Explore outcomes!
