EchoClan: Agile, cunning, and smart Clan Character: These cats live in a cave system and are used to a darker atmosphere and close-quarter combat. They are agile and cunning, making them great at ambushing. Prey: Fish, mice, vole, and the occasional rabbit Appearance: Lithe and muscular. Pelts are usually black, brown, or tortoiseshell to blend in their darker surroundings. Territory: Pine forest with a steady river running close to camp. Camp is inside a cave system. Hunting skills: Stealthy and agile, very cunning when it comes to prey Leader: Echostar- A pitch black tom with soft, green eyes  Taken from Leader's (known) Background~ Echostar lived a harsh life, his mother dying early from a greencough outbreak, just a sunrise after his apprentice ceremony. Luckily, he had a very caring mentor at the time, named Birchheart. She was the cat who made Echostar the leader he is now- his kindness, wisdom, and caring attributes all grew from the seed planted from Birchheart. Sadly, she died in the middle of his training and was replaced by a tom that goes by Stormfury. Stormfury was harsh- giving Echostar seemingly impossible tasks and very dangerous missions. Echostar endured through that, and though it did make him a stronger warrior, Echostar despised Stormfury. Echostar had a normal warrior's life, his name being Echoheart, in honor of his first mentor. He trained an apprentice named Eaglepaw, who was named Eagleswoop after his ceremony. One day, Echoclan was thrown into a war against loners, and Echostar lost his father and Eagleswoop, along with the deputy perishing. Echostar was named deputy, and since he knew that his leader was on his last life, he constantly looked out for him. Though one day, the leader contracted greencough and lost his last life. Gender: tomcat he him. Appearance jet black with a nick in each ear. Dark gray eyes. Role applying for: deputy. Character personality sly good at fighting unusual smart. Very romantic. Relationships none that are special. Background/lore.Β He was fighting a fox and the fox came in with both paws clipping his ears and he ran back into the trees with his mentor then turned surprising the fox. |

Gender & Pronouns: Tom (he/him) Character Appearance: A tall, slender body with thick, smooth black fur. Wide yellow eyes and large ears Role/Rank applying for: warrior Character personality: A stern, no nonsense tom. Gets annoyed by apprentices and young warriors. He takes his job very seriously and loves his clan with a passion Relationships: Slipnose (mate) Brownpaw(son) Backround/lore: Batclaw was born a pureblooded echoclan kit. His mother died due to birth complications and his father was strict and hard on gim growing up, leading to him doing the same with his kits. Batclaw and his son, Brownpaw, aren't close but Batclaw deeply loves his son, just doesn't know how to show it. Batclaw strives to be deputy one day and possibly leader, but is content with his role for now. Slipnose, his mate, is currently in the nursery pregnant with their 2nd litter |

Gender & Pronouns: She-cat (she/her) Character Appearance: A tiny shecat with murky green eyes and a ark tortoiseshell coat. She uses her small size to her advantage, slipping into small places others couldn't and ferociously attacking cats then darting out of their range. She has a small nick in her left ear and a cut on her flank Role/Rank applying for: warrior (currently a queen) Character personality: A sweet, caring shecat who deeply loves her mate and son, she would do anything to protect her family. It's a wonder how Batcaw managed to snag her as his mate. Slipnose loves hunting and while she doesn't like fighting, she'll jump headfirst into a battle without hesitation if needed Relationships: Batclaw (mate), Brownpaw(son) Backround/lore: Born into Echoclan as a lone kit, she spent her kithood running around camp, pestering warriors, and making trouble. As an apprentice, she struggled with her small size and the bullying of the other apprentices, until the older Batpaw stood up for her and told the others off. Batpaw helped her with her self-estime and that her small size gives her advantages. Once becoming a warrior, Slipnose spent her youth padding over Batclaw, and ended up spilling her feelings to him during an argument. Batclaw returns her feelings and just a few moons later Slipnose gave birth to Brownkit. While Slipnose disapproved of how harsh and strict Batclaw was with brownpaw, she did nothing to stop him and now deeply regrets it, as Brownpaw was very distant from both his parents and avoided them at all costs. |

Gender & Pronouns: Tom (he/him) Character Appearance: A dark brown tabby tom with dark yellow eyes and a nicked left ear Role/Rank applying for: Apprentice Character personality: Cold and distant to everyone, Brownpaw refuses to open up and keeps everyone at a distance. Brownpaw hates small talk and prefers to spend his time training, hunting, or patrolling Relationships: Slipnose(mother), Batclaw(father) Backround/lore: Brownkit was born to Slipnose ans Batclaw. Due to Batclaw's harsh treatment and Slipnose doing nothing to stand up for him, Brownkit grew distant from his parents and made a vow to never be close to anyone, since he couldn't even rely on his parents he couldn't rely on anyone else. Once becoming an apprentice, Brownpaw swore to do everything he could to become the best warrior in Echoclan, and one day rise to deputy, prove to his father that he didn't need him and that he couldn't control him. |

Gender & Pronouns: Shecat, She/Her Orientation: Pan Character Appearance:  A lighter brown cat, with cream unders. She used her pelt during ambushes, pushing herself on her back to help her disguise. Her cream belly acting as the sunlight. She has strong hind legs, helping her leap and jump across rocks and branches. She does have a rather stubby tail, meaning her balance isn't the best. Missing part of her right ear.Role/Rank applying for: Warrior Character personality: Friendly, huge jokester. Tends to talk quickly with large spaces between her sentences. Quiet unless spoken to, you need to earn her respect to earn her trust.
