EVERYONE

I've noticed that in my absence, ceremonies have been a problem. I am proposing a couple solutions.
A) I PM Shapeshifter the mentor choices and he will do the ceremony in my absence. If he is offline, I'll PM the mentors to another, online player who does not RP one of the kits being apprenticed
B) I announce the mentor choices in OOC and leave it to you guys on how to create the ceremony
