A purr rumbled in Echostar's throat. "You too, beautiful~" he said, words full of love. Echostar rubbed his head on Moonstar's chin, taking in her sweet scent. |

Echostar stared at Moonstar in surprise- and love. "You'd do that?" he asked, "Both our clans might not approve of that, though if it means I get to be with you every day..." Echostar's voice trailed off, imagining their possible future. |

Moonstar nodded, her voice thick with love. ''Echostar-'' she nuzzled him again, gently licking his shoulder. ''I would do anything for you.'' Not awaiting a response, she continued on. ''But I'm not sure Moonwalkers ready. He's chasing after some kittypet.'' She sighed, looking exhausted. ''Moonclan needs a strong leader. I need to test Moonwalker before making any- fatal decisions.'' She nodded again briskly. ''I'm afraid we must depart my love, it's getting later and I need to send out the evening patrols.'' She gazed at him, before trotting back home. |
