welcome to flying flames! a HTTYD based rp set within the same time period as the movies with completely different characters! A few things to take note of, vikings do still hate dragons and fear them, you MAY tame a dragon with my permission as we do need to have a good amount of wild dragons first! Some dragons will have a limit that may be flexible, dragons on the list are less likely to be accepted ^^ Now before we get to far in this, please make sure to read the rules so everyone can have a fun experience here! Rules: Deeply harming or killing of someone else's oc is off limits unless the owner says its ok. Mary sueing/power playing is fully off limits. I would prefer a balanced amount of dragons and vikings but this is a little flexible. All site rules must be followed as well please notify me of romances so I can add them in. The female was silently watching the waves lap at the shore her wings neatly folded.She glanced up at the sky not particularly in the mood to stand up and go on a fly so she continued to lay on the ledge watching the ocean. Nighy shade-night fury-female-tags:open She was contently asleep in a cave in the mountains closest to the human village her silver scales along her face shining slightly as the sun rose shining into the cave. |

Iris woke up from her nest in the wilderness, the sweet smell of greenery enveloping her. She opened her wings, giving a huff of approval as the wind buffeted on her rainbow flaps. Leaping off of her nest, Iris soared in the sky, eyes open for prey. Starlight-Silver Phantom-Male Starlight woke up in his cloud, the cold wind whipping in his face. The wind was thin, and was still relatively dark outside. He loved it. Calling in delight, Starlight stretched his wings and glided, enjoying the world below him whip by. |

She sat on the small ledge just outside the cave she and her sister called home, watching the sunrise and listening to the sound of the waves. Her tail was curled neatly around her paws. Void had already been up for quite awhile, because nightmares of her parents' death kept her awake. These dreams plagued her every so often ever since her parents died. She always comes out here, when she can't sleep, listening to the calming sound of the waves and watching the sunrise. Their cave was located in the cliffs and offered a beautiful view of the ocean, especially at sunset and sunrise. It was also difficult to access, if you couldn't fly, which the main reason the sisters chose this cave as their new home. Now dragon hunters couldn't sneak up on them ever again. Void didn't watch the sunrise alone for long though. Only a few moments later Skyglow came out too and joined her. The two watched the sunrise for awhile in silence, before she spoke up: "I'm going hunting. Wanna come too?" Skyglow | Nightlight | Female | Tags: Voidgazer, open "Sure. What are we hunting today?", she answered her sister. Void seemed to consider her answer for a moment before responding: "You can decide today." "How about boars?", Glow suggested almost immediately, as they are her favourite prey. Her sister responded with a nod and leapt into the air. "Alright." Glow followed her a few heartbeats later and the sisters were soaring side by side in the air. They flew in the direction of the forest that was nearby their cave. There you can find the best boars, at least in her opinion. |

Iris flew around the hidden kingdom, to her nest, which was impossible for pesky humans to enter, rendering her safe. She started eating the huge fish clutched in her jaws, fresh meat making her mouth water. (What if they live near each other? Iris needs some dragon interaction lol) Starflight-Male-Silver Phantom Starflight's keen gaze saw a deer prancing around, by itself. Wings folding in a dive, the wind whistled in his ears, and in a instant, the deer was taking a beautiful, scenic ride right towards a dragon's lair, where it'd become breakfast. |

Simon rushes out of his house, but he pauses and runs back in, grabbing his headphones and phone, as well as his keys. He stood at his front door, watching people chat to each other and kids playing around. He huffs a small laugh when one of the kids falls and scrapes their knees. He then walks off towards the forest, hoping he'll be able to see a dragon - without it ending in violence - today. He puts on his headphones, connecting them to his phone and playing music to fill the silence |

iris had finished her fish, and with her belly full, she contently curled up, and went to sleep. Starlight Starlight flew over a human nest, looking at the small figures. |

She rose and leapt into the air going towards the forest gliding over it.She did a small barrel roll simply enjoying the breeze and overall forest. |

Simon continues to walk through the forest, finding peace in the eerie and 'dragon filled' forest. He starts to hum along to the songs, watching as some of the other animals run around or hide from him. He didn't mind it, it was the way of life after all. |

Suddenly something went flying from the trees and hit her causing her to tilt and crash through the trees partly knocked out on impact covered partly in a net. (Toothless arc XD) |
