I've decided, just 'cause, everyone who joins can have two characters. One in the group, one not in it. If you have a hell-bourn in the group, the one out is a sinner, and vice-versa

Yea. They just, roam. They can talk to the group, perhaps even give them targets.

(Also, are you OK with Kari having a younger sister that helped her with arson, but died before Kari? If not, I'll just have her older sibling also be an arsonist, but still alive)
